Holistic Massage Therapy

Where structural care meets relaxation and education.

I'm Oliver Bee Dasey-Springer, a Registered Massage Therapist in Kitchener–Waterloo. Each session brings together three things: hands-on massage and manual therapy for what your body needs, time for your nervous system to properly settle, and guidance that helps you understand your body and look after it with confidence.

How I Work

Structure first, stillness next, then skills that last.

01

How I Work

Structured treatment, built around you — not a textbook.

Every session starts with how you're built — the network of tension and compression across muscle, fascia and joints that either supports you or leaves you compensating.

  • Deep tissue and manual therapy to ease what's tight
  • Joint-focused mobility work to restore what's restricted
  • Remedial exercise to help the change hold — often recorded on your own phone, so you leave with a video reference rather than something you're supposed to remember

Treating the structure first means the relaxation and understanding that follow actually have something solid to stand on.

02

Holistic Wellness

Holistic wellness means looking at all sides of an issue — from physical structure, to daily movement, to how you live and understand yourself.

What Sets Me Apart

  • A commitment to ongoing education and mentorship shapes how I practice — learning alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths and other RMTs, and bringing what I take from them into every session.
  • That sits alongside a genuine, ongoing interest in human movement itself: how people move, why it breaks down, and what actually rebuilds it.
  • The aim isn't to keep you coming back forever — it's to give you the understanding and tools to need me less.

The Space

Environment enhances experience.

Feeling safe enough to be open is part of how the work actually happens, so the room is part of the treatment.

  • The buildingA renovated 1800s barn
  • SoundA high-fidelity sound system
  • ScentEssential oils
  • ComfortBolsters and a memory-foam table topper
  • LightThought about as carefully as the treatment plan

Good rehab addresses the emotional experience of shifting capacity alongside the structural issue — a therapist who ignores the psychological weight of chronic pain, injury or lost capacity is limited in how much they can actually help.
