Kitchener–Waterloo · Prenatal massage
Prenatal massage that adjusts with you, trimester to trimester.
Positioning, pressure and focus all change as pregnancy progresses — sessions are built around where you actually are, not a fixed routine.
A setup built for it
Extra support, so lying face-down is actually comfortable.
If you've never used a pregnancy support pillow, it's worth trying — my prenatal setup adds an extra layer of foam support that holds you comfortably, face-down, whatever trimester you're in. We can work with it at any stage.
Adjusting as things change
New issues tend to show up as pregnancy progresses.
Low back pain, mid and upper back pain, shortness of breath from the added pressure, bladder irregularities, and — without a doubt — foot pain and plantar fasciitis. All of these are very common through pregnancy, and massage therapy can genuinely help with most of them.

Prenatal sessions run at Fearless Heart in Uptown Waterloo, or as a home visit if getting out isn't the easiest thing right now — email me and we'll get it booked. You can book however much time you'd like, and you'll be well taken care of either way.
