Kitchener–Waterloo · A practical guide
How often should you actually get a massage?
It depends on what you're using it for — and the honest answer changes the longer we work together.
It changes as your life does
Not a fixed prescription — it moves with you.
During a stretch where you're active, healthy and fit, you might not feel like you need a massage that often — I might see someone like that once a year. Increase your training, or move through a stressful stretch of life, and that usually shifts toward wanting more support and care.
Two rough patterns I see
Monthly maintenance, or weekly support through something harder.
Not sure what rhythm suits you? Start with one session and we’ll work it out together.
Book nowWhy regular tends to win
Steady care beats reactive care.
However often you'd like a massage, I'm here to help — but treatment does tend to work better when it's consistent rather than reactive. That's the logic behind both membership plans here: one visit a month, locked in, at a lower rate than booking one-off whenever things get bad enough to notice.
