Practice Policies

How my practice works.

The practical side of working with me: what to do if you need to cancel, what I ask of everyone in my treatment room, and what happens to your information.

Cancellations

24 hours’ notice, please.

Please give me at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move a session. A session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, is charged in full. This applies to studio sessions and home visits alike.

To cancel or move a session, text me at 519-500-0512, email OliverBeeRMT@gmail.com, or change it on Jane.

On a membership: a late cancellation or no-show is charged, and it counts as that month’s visit.

Safety and respect

A place of care, for both of us.

My treatment room is a place of care, and that depends on everyone in it feeling safe — you and me both.

  • I treat every client with respect, and I ask the same in return.
  • Aggression of any kind — in words or actions — isn’t something I can accept.
  • Massage therapy is health care. Any comment or behaviour of a sexual nature ends the session.
  • If behaviour becomes inappropriate at any point, I’ll bring the session to a close and we’ll finish there for the day.
  • The same goes the other way: you can pause or stop a treatment at any time, for any reason.

Privacy

What happens to your information.

Your health information. Your bookings, health history and treatment notes are kept in Jane, the booking and records system Fearless Heart uses, and they remain private. Jane’s privacy notice explains how it keeps them.

Home visit requests. What you type into the request form is emailed to me, with a copy to you. It’s sent through Brevo, an email service, and isn’t saved on this website’s server.

This website. oliver-rmt.com uses Google Analytics and Google Ads. They set cookies that count visits, show which pages people read, and tell me whether an ad led to a booking. Google receives things like the pages you visit, your browser and your approximate location — not your name or health details. If you book on Jane after clicking one of my ads, Jane tells Google Ads that a booking happened, without any personal or health information.

You can turn off personalised ads in Google’s My Ad Center, block cookies in your browser, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
